All prices on our website are in US dollars. For customers that place orders on TrendLoader website are subject to sales tax, applicable with the tax code of the state in which their order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time in which your order is placed and the the final calculation is reflected on your email order confirmation slip.

If your order contains a damaged or defective item, you should contact TrendLoader team via email at info@trendloader.com for assistance within 14 days of receipt. In order to process its request, customer will be asked to provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase.

After you’ve placed an order through TrendLoader website, you should receive an email confirming receipt of order. If you did not receive this email after 24 hours, please contact our TGL team via email at info@trendloader.com for assistance.

Items are shipped within 72 hours of your order placement. Bare in mind that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays! What that being said, our orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm PST, excluding major holidays)
